Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, location, and logistics conditions. Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, and G-TOUCH is not liable for transit delays or external disruptions. Returns are generally not accepted due to the wholesale nature of the business; however, replacements may be provided for damaged or defective goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
